1. Introduction

Raid VPN (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by PT BILLION JAYA GROUP, operates the Raid VPN mobile application and the website raidvpn.nettanvir.dev. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Device Information

When you use our app, we collect device model, operating system version, app version, and a randomly generated unique device identifier (UID) for account management and troubleshooting.

2.2 Network Information

We collect your IP address and approximate location (country/city) derived from your IP to assign you to the optimal server. Your ISP name may also be collected to optimize routing. This data is associated with your account for service delivery purposes.

2.3 Connection Statistics

We store aggregate connection count and bandwidth usage on your account for service management and capacity planning.

2.4 Customer Support

If you contact us via the in-app live chat, your messages are stored to maintain conversation history with our support team.

2.5 Analytics & Diagnostics

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage events (such as screen views and connection events) to improve the app. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports to help us fix stability issues. You can disable crash reporting in the app settings.

2.6 Advertising

For free (non-premium) users, we display advertisements via Google AdMob. We use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and request your permission before any ad-related tracking. Premium subscribers see no ads.

2.7 Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver support chat replies and service updates. Only your push notification token is shared with Firebase for this purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our VPN service
  • Assign you to the optimal server based on your location
  • Manage your account and subscription status
  • Provide customer support via live chat
  • Send push notifications about service updates and support replies
  • Display relevant advertisements to free users (with consent)
  • Analyze usage trends and fix crashes to improve the app
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats

4. No-Logs Policy

Raid VPN maintains a strict no-logs policy for VPN tunnel activity. We do NOT log, monitor, or store:

  • Your browsing history, visited websites, or traffic destinations
  • DNS queries made through the VPN tunnel
  • The content of your network traffic or packets
  • Application-specific usage data while connected to the VPN

While we collect your IP address for server assignment (as described in Section 2.2), we do not associate your IP with any VPN tunnel activity or browsing data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. The following third-party services are used to operate the app:

  • Google AdMob— displays ads to free users. Ad data collection follows Google's privacy policies and Apple's ATT framework. Users can opt out via iOS privacy settings.
  • Firebase Analytics (Google) — collects anonymized usage events to help us improve the app.
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — collects crash reports for stability improvements. Can be disabled in app settings.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivers push notifications. Only the push token is shared.
  • Law enforcement — only when legally required, noting that we have minimal data due to our no-logs policy.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for all VPN traffic, secure API communications with TLS, and encrypted data storage. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nettanvir.dev. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be removed from our servers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or website.
